Why we collect it
To attribute referrals correctly, calculate commissions, detect fraud, process payouts and communicate about your account.
Cookies
Clicking a referral link stores a first-party cookie for up to 30 days containing the referral code. It is used only for attribution and never for advertising profiles.
IP addresses
Raw IP addresses are never stored in the affiliate database. They are one-way hashed before storage and used only to detect duplicate or fraudulent activity.
Sharing
Payout details are shared only with payment processors needed to pay you. We do not sell affiliate or referral data.
Retention
Tracking records are retained for up to 24 months for reconciliation and audit purposes. Account records are kept while your account is active.
Your rights
You can access, correct or request deletion of your affiliate data at any time by writing to affiliates@flavoristapp.com. Deleting your account removes personal data but anonymised commission history may be retained for accounting.
