1. Participation
Participation is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time for breach of these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive payments in your country.

2. Promotion rules
You may promote Flavorist on websites, social channels, newsletters and offline material. You may not bid on branded keywords, impersonate Flavorist, offer unauthorised discounts, use spam, or place links on adult, illegal or misleading sites.
3. Commission eligibility
Commissions are earned on verified installs, completed registrations and qualifying subscription revenue attributed to your referral code within the 30-day attribution window. Self-referrals, duplicate devices, incentivised traffic and fraudulent activity are not eligible.
4. Payouts
Approved commissions become payable after a 14-day hold. Payout requests above the minimum threshold are processed monthly to the payment method on file. Incorrect payment details may delay or void a payout.
5. Adjustments and clawbacks
Flavorist may reverse commissions linked to refunds, chargebacks, cancelled accounts or policy violations, including after a payout has been issued.
6. Brand use
You may use the Flavorist name, logo and supplied marketing assets solely to promote the app. You may not modify the logo or create derivative brands.
7. Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, unpaid approved commissions remain payable unless the account was terminated for fraud or policy breach.
8. Changes
These terms and commission rates may change with notice posted on this page or sent to your registered email.
